You may request closure of your supermegawin account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the supermegawin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any supermegawin content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, supermegawin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your supermegawin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
supermegawin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if supermegawin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
